Nick Clunes

Nick started in banking at Greater Bank as an assistant relationship manager and moved into broking in 2021. His background is trust and company lending, and he has focused on commercial finance at The Lending Lab ever since. He now has more than eight years in banking and finance.

Outside work

Nick is a Mosman local, a recreational pilot and an Excel enthusiast who enjoys programming and problem solving. He also runs Groundwork Commercial, which teaches commercial property finance, and Levelhead, a business finance and advisory practice.
