How it works

Four steps from first call to settlement

Nick runs your deal himself, from the first call to settlement and the reviews after.

  1. Talk

A short call to understand what you want to buy or fix, your structure and your timing.

  2. Plan

We work out which lenders fit, what they will ask for and what it will cost, and set it out in writing.

  3. Apply

We prepare the application so the credit team has fewer questions, then manage valuations and approvals.

  4. Settle and review

We take it through to settlement, then review your lending as rates and your plans change.

Common questions

What size commercial loans do you arrange?

From a few hundred thousand dollars for a strata unit or equipment through to multi-million dollar property and construction loans. The process is the same: we match the deal to the lenders that want it.

Which lenders do you use?

The major banks, second-tier and regional banks, non-bank lenders and private lenders. Which ones depend on the deal, the security and how fast it needs to happen.

What do I need for a first conversation?

Nothing formal. A rough idea of the property or business, the price, your deposit or equity, and how you plan to own it. We will tell you what documents the lender will need after that.
